How we handle your information.

This policy explains what Greenlight Designs collects on this website, why, and who it is shared with. Last updated September 9, 2026.

Who we are

Greenlight Designs is a marketing agency at 401 N Milwaukee St Unit 2, Waterford, WI 53185. You can reach us at letstalk@greenlightdesigns.com or (262) 864-2444 with any question about this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the Marketing Plan tool at /start, we ask for your website address, industry, goal, monthly budget range, current marketing situation, and, on the final step, your name, business name, email, and phone number. Answers are saved as you move between steps, so a partly completed plan is stored even if you do not finish. If you book a call through our scheduling link, that provider collects the details you enter there under its own policy.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. If you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags, we keep those tags in your browser for 30 days so we know which campaign brought you here. Our analytics and advertising tools, described below, set cookies.

How we use it

  • To build and show you your marketing plan.
  • To follow up about working together. Completed plans are added to our internal client system so a team member can reach out.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to real inquiries, so we spend our own marketing budget sensibly.
  • To keep the site secure and filter out spam submissions.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

  • Hosting and storage. The site runs on Vercel and stores form submissions in a database hosted by Supabase.
  • Our client system. Completed plan submissions are copied to GLD VIP, our own client and sales platform, so we can follow up.
  • Google Analytics.Reports how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to plan requests. When you submit the form, we send Meta a hashed version of your email, phone, and name, along with your IP address, browser type, and Meta's cookies if present. Hashing means Meta can match the event to an existing account but cannot read the original values. Meta's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, and you can adjust ad settings in your Meta account.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a sale or merger of the business.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to recognize repeat visits and attribute conversions. We also use your browser's local storage to remember campaign tags for 30 days and to keep your place in the plan tool. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will not.

How long we keep it

Plan submissions, complete or partial, are kept for as long as we may reasonably follow up or need them for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details above.

Your choices

  • Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying to any message or emailing us directly.
  • Manage ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us and we will honor requests that apply.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
