Our services
Greenlight Designs provides website design, hosting, SEO, social media, advertising, and related marketing services under separate written agreements. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.
Use of the site
You may use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The content on the site belongs to Greenlight Designs or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
SMS Terms
Program name. Greenlight Designs LLC project and account texts.
What you will receive. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Greenlight Designs LLC about your project or account, including status updates, reminders, links to sign or review something, and replies to questions you ask us. Some messages are sent by our operations assistant, Jules, on our behalf. Messages are conversational and one to one; we do not send marketing blasts by text.
How you opt in. By checking the consent box on one of our forms, or by telling us in person or on a call that you would like text updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few messages a week or fewer.
Message and data rates may apply.Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further. You can opt back in later by contacting us.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy. How we handle your number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greenlight Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Racine County, Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
